DermaLaunch ("we," "us") provides marketing services for med spas and aesthetics clinics. This policy explains what information we collect through dermalaunch.co and our booking calendar, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call, we collect your name, email address, and the answers you provide, such as your spa name, website and location. If you add a phone number, we collect that too. We also keep messages you send us by email or Instagram.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and service providers collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the link that brought you here, including campaign tags in the link.
Public business information. To prepare for your call, we may review your clinic's public website and social media profiles.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm and hold your call, including email and text reminders about it
- To prepare the sample landing page and content we show you on the call
- To follow up with you about our services after the call
- To understand which outreach and ads bring visitors to our site, and to improve it
- To comply with the law and protect our rights
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may send texts about your booking, such as confirmations, reminders and rescheduling links. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time. We do not sell or share your phone number for other companies' marketing.
Cookies and tracking
We may use cookies and similar technologies, including tools like the Meta Pixel or Google Analytics, to measure visits, understand which ads and links work, and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy terms, including:
- Cal.com, which runs our booking calendar and sends booking messages
- Netlify, which hosts this website
- Google, which provides our email
- Meta, if we use its advertising and measurement tools
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
Your choices
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask to see, correct or delete it at any time by emailing dermalaunch@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we will honor requests as those laws require.
